| 摘 要： | 将分离到的广西猪链球菌2型,用针对猪链球菌2型Cps2J序列的引物Cps1/Cps2进行扩增,得到与预期相符的675 bp的片段,将PCR产物回收连接转化后测序,得到了675 bp的核苷酸序列,经同源性分析表明,GX01株Cps2J序列与猪链球菌2型国内外的毒株核苷酸同源性在98.7%~100%之间,具有高度的同源性;与猪链球菌1型的同源性只有66.7%。

| Abstract: | The Cps2J of GX01 strain which isolated from pigs of Guangxi was amplified by Cps1/Cps2,then the product of PCR was sequenced and analyzed.The result showed that the Cps2J sequence homologies of GX01 and other of Streptococcus suis type 2,which published in GenBank,were 98.7% to 100%,the homology between GX01 and Streptococcus suis type 1(AF155804) was 66.7%. |
