玉米新杂交种金凯1号选育报告

摘    要:金凯1号是甘肃省金源种业开发有限公司以自交系K12为母本,以自育自交系J398为父本配制的玉米杂交种。在甘肃省玉米区试中,2006、2007年折合平均产量分别为12589.5、12970.5kg/hm^2,较对照品种酒试20号分别增产4.7%、1.7%。该品种高抗红叶病,中抗玉米矮花叶病、丝黑穗病和茎腐病;籽粒合粗蛋白9.81%、赖氨酸0.32%、灰分1.21%、粗脂肪3.50%、淀粉76.81%、水分11.00%、容重703.8g/L。适宜≥10℃的有效积温在2650℃以上的地区推广种植。

Abstract:Jinkai 1 was a new corn hybrids variety bred by crossing with the parental combination of inbred line K12/ self fertile inbred line J398 in Gansu Province Jinyuan Seed Industry Development Co. , Ltd. The average yield of Jinkai 1 were respectively 12 589.5 kg/hm^2, 12 970. 5 kg/hm^2 and 4. 7 %, 1.7 % higher than the check Jiushi 20 in Gansu corn regional test which was conducted in 2006,2007. The result showed that Jinkai 1 was the highly resistant varieties of colored leaves, the anti-maize dwarf mosaic virus, silk smut and stem rot, also indicated that seed crude protein, lysine, ash, crude fat, starch, water and bulk density were respectively 9.81% ,0. 32%,1.21%,3.50% ,76.81%,11.00% ,703.8 g/L. Jinkai 1 was suitable for promote planting the region that≥10℃ the effective accumulated temperature over 2 650 ℃.
