大豆黄酮对2周龄仔猪增重及肝脏GH受体的影响

摘    要:选用16头初生时间相同的新生仔猪,公母各8头,性能相同的仔猪按初生重相近配对,随机分成试验组和对照组。在仔猪2周龄时开始给试验组仔猪耳后皮下注射大豆黄酮(每周每千克体重2mg),连续注射5周,试验仔公猪体重比对照组放射受体分析法对肝脏GH受体进行分析。结果发现试验组仔公猪GH受体的最大结合容量(Bmax)高于对照组,仔公猪GH受体的解离常数(Kd)试验组与对照组基本无差异。GH受体亲和力无变化;试验组仔母猪GH受体最大结合容量(Bmax)与对照组无显著差异。Kd值无大的变化。提示大豆黄酮有增加仔公猪GH受体数量趋势。

Abstract:Sixteen piglets with similar birthday were chosen from two litters,the n umber of male and female piglets bein g e-qual.8male piglets were divided int o two groups with similar weight,8fe males same as males.On 14th day daidzein was injected subcutaneously one group i ncluded half male and female piglets.This treatment last 5weeks(2mg /kg.BW,7d),the piglets were slaughtered.Liver sam ples were collected from control and treated group.Growth hormone recep tors in hepactic cell membrane were measured by radio receptor assay using homologous pig GH.The maximum binding of GH recepto r was increased in treated male group,but not seen in female piglets of treated group.The daidzein didn' t influence on Kd of GH receptor.No significant difference was found on male and female piglets' Kd in control.
