云南省大豆杂交亲本的聚类分析

摘    要:通过系统聚类分析方法对云南省大豆杂交亲本进行了研究,研究结果表明:①云南省大豆杂交亲本的主要农艺性状是以分枝数、单株粒数、单株荚数、单株粒重、百粒重的变异较大;其次是底荚高、株高和主茎节数;生育期的变异最小。②通过聚类,将参试的105份材料分为5类,各类群性状之间的差异较明显,这有利于育种亲本材料的选择。

Abstract:Soybean crossing parents of Yunnan province were analyzed with the method of hierachical cluster analysis,The result showed that(i)Agronomic traits of soybean crossing parents were analyzed,a high level of variation in effective of branch number,seed number per plant and pod number per plant and etc.;medium lever of variation was observed in pod height at bottom,plant height and number of nodes on main stem;on the contrary,variation in maturity was low.(ii)By the cluster analysis of 105 soybean varieties was classified into 5 clusters,each cluster had obvious feature.so it would be helpful for parents materials selection.
