耕地土壤养分价格的含义与测算方法及其应用之探讨

在分析我国耕地锐减深层次原因的基础上，提出建立一个具有抑制占用耕地和促进耕地总量 动态平衡的经济补偿制度的设想，围绕这一设想，提出了耕地土壤养分价格的概念及其测算方法，并建 议由所占用的耕地（熟地）和可能开垦为耕地的土地（生地）的上壤养分价格之差值作为耕地培肥补偿费 的参考价格。

Discussion on signification , estimation and application of soil nutrient price.

Considering the fact that the tilth was greatly occupied by other non-agricultural department in China, the authors suggest an economic compensate system ,which can restrain the tilth reduce and help the gross tilth homeostasis . Aimed at this system, a signification and estimation method of soil nutrient price are presented ,and the margin of soil nutrient price between the tilth occupied and the land potential to be developed is suggested to estimate the compensate price of cultivating tilth .
