| Abstract: | The purity,1000-seed weight,water content,germination rate and viability of the seeds of Andrographis paniculata from different areas were determined.Based on the these results,the seeds of A.paniculata were divided into three grades by systematic cluster analysis.Partial least-squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)was used to test the results of the system cluster analysis,and the classification was reasonable.Then,with 1000-seed weight,water content,germination rate and viability as independent variables,and grading as dependent variables,a prediction model for grading of A.paniculata seeds was established by partial least squares regression analysis(PLS).By comparing the predicted value with the actual value,it was shown that the model had a good fitting effect and could be used to distinguish the seed grade of Andrographis SPP. |
