Abstract:To investigate the level of porcine circovirus type 2 immune antibody in large-scale pig farms in Xinjiang in 2020, six large-scale pig farms in Xinjiang were selected to collect 333 serum samples from pigs of different days of age. The antibody detection method of porcine circovirus type 2 ELISA was used for antibody detection and analysis. The results showed that, in 2020, the average positive rate of porcine circovirus type 2 antibody in large-scale pig farms in Xinjiang was 77.78% (259/333), and the average positive rate met the national standard. The antibody positive rate was 100.00% in farm A, which had the highest antibody positive rate. The antibody positive rate of field C was the lowest, only 48.78%, lower than the national standard of 70%. There were also differences in antibody levels among pigs with different age groups, and the highest antibody positive rate was 96.30% in breeding boars. The antibody level of pigs in the nursery stage was the lowest, only 47.92%, lower than the national standard of 70%.
