6个紫色马铃薯品种在遵义地区综合品质分析与评价

摘    要:为丰富遵义地区紫色蔬菜种质资源,从全国各地引种6个具有代表性的紫色马铃薯品种,对其外观性状(单薯重、薯块形状、表皮颜色、薯肉颜色)和营养指标(花青素含量、可溶性糖含量、淀粉含量和可溶性蛋白含量)进行综合测定与分析,并运用SPSS统计分析软件对各营养指标进行相关性分析(p<0.05)。结果表明,马铃薯块茎平均单重依次为:云斯特>七彩>黑金刚>黑美人>乌洋芋>高原红;花青素含量表现为:黑美人>黑金刚>高原红>云斯特>乌洋芋>七彩;可溶性糖含量表现为:黑金刚>黑美人>高原红>云斯特>乌洋芋>七彩;淀粉含量表现为:黑金刚>黑美人>乌洋芋>云斯特高原红>七彩;可溶性蛋白含量表现为:黑金刚>黑美人>乌洋芋>云斯特>高原红>七彩。综合比较,黑金刚和黑美人两个品种的综合表现较为优良,具有一定的推广价值,下一步可根据生产的实际情况开展品种示范种植试验,进一步丰富遵义地区紫色蔬菜资源。

Abstract:In order to enrich the purple vegetable germplasm resources in Zunyi region,6 representative purple potato varieties were introduced from all over the country.The appearance traits(weight per tuber,shape of tuber block,skin color,potato meat color)and nutritional indexes(anthocyanin content,soluble sugar content,starch content and soluble protein content)were comprehensively determined and analyzed.SPSS statistical analysis software was used to analyze the correlation of each nutritional index(p<0.05).The results showed that the average single weight of potato tubers followed as Yunsite>Qicai>Heijingang>Wuyangyu>Gaoyuanhong,and the anthocyanin content was as follows Heimeiren>Heimeiren>Gaoyuanhong>Yunsite>Wuyangyu>Qicai.And,the soluble sugar content followed as Heijingang>Heimeiren>Gaoyuanhong>Yunsite>Wuyangyu>Qicai.In addition,the starch content was as follows Heijingang>Heimeiren>Wuyangyu>Yunsite>Gaoyuanhong>Qicai,while the soluble protein content followed as Heijingang>Heimeiren>Wuyangyu>Yunsite>Gaoyuanhong>Qicai.According to the comprehensive comparison,the comprehensive performance of the two varieties,(the Heijingang and the Heimeiren),was relatively good and had a certain promotion value.In the next step,the variety demonstration planting experiment could be carried out according to the actual situation of production to further enrich the purple vegetable resources in Zunyi region.
