摘    要:以10份先锋改良父本玉米自交系为供试材料,以2份先锋骨干母本自交系(PH 6 WC、PHHJC)和2份课题组改良先锋母本系(丹L 658、丹5866)为测验种,采用NCⅡ不完全双列杂交设计,对7个玉米主要性状进行配合力测定,并在自然发病的条件下对10份自选系进行了抗3种叶斑病(大斑病、灰斑病、弯孢菌叶斑病)病害评价。结果表明,丹Y 6882、丹Y 5327、丹Y 3123等3个自选系产量等性状一般配合力较高,且与多个测验种组配出高产组合,具有较高的应用潜力。抗性鉴定结果表明,丹Y 5327和丹Y 3123对3种叶斑病表现出较好的抗性,丹Y 6882较感叶斑病。

Abstract:In this paper,10 pioneer improved male parent maize inbred lines,two pioneer backbone female inbred lines(PH 6 WC and PHHJC)and two improved pioneer female inbred lines(Dan L 658 and Dan 5866)by research group were used as test lines to investigate combining ability of 7 main traits of maize by NCⅡincomplete diallel cross design and determined the resistance of 10 self-selected maize lines to to three leaf spot diseases including leaf blight,grey speck disease and corn curvalaria leaf spot under the condition of the nature.The results showed that three self-selected lines,Dan Y 6882,Dan Y 5327 and Dan Y 3123,had high general combining ability of yield and other traits,and had high application potential by combining with several tested varieties to produce high-yield combinations.The results of resistance identification showed that Dan Y 5327 and Dan Y 3123 appeared good resistance to three leaf spot diseases,but Dan Y 6882 was more susceptible to leaf spot disease.
