茄子花药愈伤诱导及不定芽分化研究

摘    要:以4个茄子品种的花药为外植体,研究茄子诱导花药愈伤组织及不定芽分化。结果表明,西安绿茄,豫艺2号主要分化黄白色紧密型愈伤,这种类型的愈伤分化不定芽较多,翠绿二号,黑仙子分化黄白色松散型愈伤。松散型和紧密型愈伤组织均能分化出绿苗,但松散型愈伤分化的绿苗畸形率高,容易生长缓慢,玻璃化。豫艺2号和西安绿茄适合在F 1培养基上分化,而翠绿二号和黑仙子在F 2上更适合。翠绿二号、西安绿茄、豫艺2号在第5周转分化时分化率最高,黑仙子在第4周转时分化率最高,分别为20%,107%,78%,20%。

Abstract:The anthers of 4 eggplant varieties were used as explants to study the induction of anther callus and adventitious bud differentiation in eggplant.The results showed that Xi’an Lvjia and Yuyi 2 mainly differentiated into yellow-white compact callus,which differentiated more adventitious buds,while Cuilv 2 and Heixianzi differentiated into yellow-white loose callus.Further,both loose and compact callus could differentiate green shoots,but the green shoots differentiated from loose callus had a high deformity rate,which was easy to grow slowly and vitrify.The Yuyi 2 and Xi’an Lvjia were suitable for differentiation on F 1 medium,while Cuilv 2 and Heixianzi were more suitable for differentiation on F 2 medium.Additionally,Cuilu 2,Xi’an Lvjia and Yuyi 2 had the highest differentiation rates at the 5 th transdifferentiation,and Heixianzi had the highest differentiation rates at the 4 th transdifferentiation,which were 20%,107%,78%and 20%,respectively.
