摘    要:为初步探明重金属对作物种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制效应,以不同浓度(10.0、20.0、50.0、100.0、200.0 mg·kg-1)重金属铅溶液培养绿豆种子(蒸馏水培养作对照),观察其对绿豆种子萌发、幼苗生长和种子活力的影响。结果表明,受试绿豆种子的发芽率、发芽势以及根长、芽长和幼苗鲜重等指标均随铅离子(Pb 2+)浓度增加而降低;种子活力和绿豆幼苗根冠比(R/S)也随铅离子浓度增高而显著降低。综合分析绿豆幼苗生长对铅胁迫的响应水平,结果显示,重金属铅胁迫对绿豆幼苗根长的抑制作用要强于对芽生长的影响。

Abstract:In order to investigate the inhibition effect of heavy metals on seed germination and seedling growth,mung bean seeds were cultured in lead solution with different concentrations(10.0,20.0,50.0,100.0,200.0 mg·kg-1)(distilled water as control),and the effects of lead stress on seed germination,seedling growth and seed vigor were also observed.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,root length,bud length and seedling fresh weight of mung bean seeds decreased with the increase of Pb 2+concentration.In addition,seed vigor and root-shoot ratio(R/S)of mung bean seedlings were also significantly decreased with the increase of lead ion concentration.According to the comprehensive analysis of the response level of mung bean seedling growth to lead stress,the results showed that the inhibition effect of heavy metal lead stress on root length of mung bean seedling was stronger than the effect on bud growth.
