摘    要:为了研究低温胁迫对棉花种子萌发特性的影响,以新陆中88为试验材料,采用纸培和砂培的方式进行种子萌发试验,将棉花种子的发芽温度设置为5℃、10℃和15℃不同的低温,低温持续时间分别为1 d、2 d、3 d、4 d、5 d。结果表明,在同一温度下低温持续时间对种子发芽率、发芽势、幼苗高度、主根长度、叶面积、电导率均有所影响,持续时间越久抑制越严重;同一持续时间下温度越低导致发芽率越低、幼苗高度越矮、主根长度越短、叶面积越小。因此,适当推迟棉花播期,可以预防棉花苗期的冻害,有效防止苗期病害的发生,并且有利于棉花出苗整齐、长势健壮,提高幼苗的抗逆能力。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of low temperature stress on cotton seed germination,the cotton variety Xinluzhong 88 was selected as the experimental material to investigated germination characteristics of cotton seeds by setting germination temperature as 5℃,10℃and 15℃for continuous treatment with 1 d,2 d,3 d,4 d and 5 d under paper and sand conditions of culture.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,seedling height,taproot length,leaf area and electrical conductivity of seeds were affected by the duration of low temperature at the same temperature,and the longer the duration of low temperature,the more serious the inhibition was.Also,under the same duration,the lower the temperature,the lower the germination rate,the shorter the seedling height,the shorter the taproot length and the smaller the leaf area.Therefore,it is considered that appropriately postponing the sowing date of cotton could prevent the freezing injury of cotton seedling,effectively prevent the occurrence of disease at the seedling stage,and was conducive to the orderly emergence of cotton seedlings,robust growth,and improved the resistance of seedlings.
