| 摘 要： | 试验采用两个水平的抗氧化剂(Ethoxyquin0,150mg·kg~(-1))和三个水平的微量元素Se(0.075,0.100,0.125),分析对仔猪不同组织微量元素Se的存留和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性。结果表明日粮中添加微量元素Se使不同组织的Se含量显著增加,提高血红细胞和血浆中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性(P<0.05)。日粮中添加乙氧喹啉使肝、心、肾等组织的Se含量稍有下降,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性也有提高,但统计分析差异不显著(P>0.05)。
