摘    要:多次实验结果显示:高水分玉米的含水量随微波加热时间的延长呈指数下降,试用M水分=A e^Bt(min)公式对其干燥过程进行数学模拟;在加热功率和加热时间相同时,间歇式干燥比连续式干燥降水效果好;耗电量相同时,用小功率微波加热器间歇式干燥比大功率加热器连续式干燥效果好。

Abstract:Corn of high moisture content drying by microwave was tested for several times.The results showed that the moisture content of corn decreased in an index with the heating time prolonged.The formula:M moisture content =A e Bt(min) was used to mathematically simulate the drying course.With the same heating power and heating time,the effect of intermittent drying is more superior to continuous drying.With the same power consumption,low-power intermittent heating dryer is more superior to big-power continuous heating dryer.
