黄葛树染色体核型分析

摘    要:试验采用去壁低渗火焰干燥法对黄葛树进行染色体核型分析,结果表明:黄葛树的染色体数目为2n=30;核型公式为2n=30=1st+9sm+5m;染色体相对长度组成为2n=30=5L+3M:+2M,+5S,属于“3B”型;染色体组总长度是21.37μm,长臂总长为14.13μm,对称程度较低。

Abstract:Karyotype analysis of the chromosome of Ficus lacor by the method of wall permeability to the flame-drying. The results showed that the numbers of chromosomes are 2 n =30; the karyotype formula was 2 n =30=1st+9sm+5m, the relative length of the chromosome group was 2 n =30=5L+3M_2+2M_1+5S belonging to "3B" type. The total length of Genome was 21.37 μm, total length of the long arm was 14.13 μm, the degree of symmetry was relative low.
