| 摘 要： | 试验采用去壁低渗火焰干燥法对黄葛树进行染色体核型分析，结果表明：黄葛树的染色体数目为2n=30；核型公式为2n=30=1st＋9sm＋5m；染色体相对长度组成为2n=30=5L＋3M：＋2M，＋5S，属于“3B”型；染色体组总长度是21．37μm，长臂总长为14．13μm，对称程度较低。

| Abstract: | Karyotype analysis of the chromosome of Ficus lacor by the method of wall permeability to the flame-drying. The results showed that the numbers of chromosomes are 2 n =30; the karyotype formula was 2 n =30=1st+9sm+5m, the relative length of the chromosome group was 2 n =30=5L+3M_2+2M_1+5S belonging to "3B" type. The total length of Genome was 21.37 μm, total length of the long arm was 14.13 μm, the degree of symmetry was relative low. |
