左氧氟沙星与多黏菌素联合抗菌活性研究

[目的]探讨左氧氟沙星与多黏菌素的联合抗菌效果。[方法]应用纸片法和试管稀释法进行体外抑菌试验,测定左氧氟沙星与多黏菌素联合对鸡大肠杆菌、鸡白痢沙门氏菌的抑菌圈大小和最小抑菌浓度。[结果]结果表明:左氧氟沙星与多黏菌素联合对鸡大肠杆菌和鸡白痢沙门氏菌均表现出明显的抗菌协同作用。[结论]左氧氟沙星与多黏菌素配合的临床应用效果有待于进一步试验证明。

Joint Antibacterial Action between Levofloxacin and Polymyxin E in vitro

[Objective] The research aimed to measure the joint antibacterial action between levofloxacin and polymyxin E in vitro.[Method] The inhibitory tests in vitro were performed against Escherichia coli,Salmonella pullorum with filter paper method and tube dilution method.And the diameters of inhibition zone,minimal inhibitory concentrations of levofloxacin combined with polymyxin E were measured.[Result] The results showed that the joint antibacterial action between levofloxacin and polymyxin E was stronger than the functions of single levofloxacin or polymyxin E.[Conclusion] The clinical application effects of levofloxacin and polymyxin E needed to be proved with experiments.
