熏烟消毒剂鲁烟Ⅰ号对家蚕病原体的消毒效果试验

摘    要:二溴海因(DBDMH)是目前国际上公认的杀菌力最强的新一代氧化型绿色环保广谱消毒药剂。采用二溴海因并添加助燃剂配制成蚕用熏烟消毒剂鲁烟Ⅰ号用于家蚕病原体的消毒,结果显示鲁烟Ⅰ号对感染家蚕的主要病毒、细菌、真菌病原均有很好的灭活效果:对家蚕核型多角体病毒(BmNPV)和质型多角体病毒(BmCPV)用2g/m3鲁烟Ⅰ号熏烟30min以上,对苏云金芽孢杆菌用2g/m3或1g/m3鲁烟Ⅰ号分别熏烟1、2h,对白僵菌和曲霉菌的分生孢子用1g/m3鲁烟Ⅰ号熏烟30min,均可达到100%杀灭病原菌的消毒效果。建议在养蚕前后采用3g/m3鲁烟Ⅰ号对蚕室蚕具熏烟消毒,以达到杀灭家蚕主要病原菌的目的。

Abstract:Dibromodimethyl hydantoin(DBDMH)is a new environment-fdendly disinfectant in oxidized form with univer-sal bactericidal spectra.It is known as the most effective water treatment chemical with the strongest bactericidal activity.We prepared a fumigating disinfectant,named Luyan I,by adding combustion improver into DBDMH.It had good disin-fection effect on all silkworm major viral.bacterial and fungal pathogens.It could achieve 100%disinfection effect on Bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrosis virus(BmNPV)and cytoplasmic polyhedrosis virus(BmCPV)with 2 g/m3 for over 30 min of fumigation,on Bacillus thuringiensis Berliner with 2 g/m3 for 1h or 1g/m3 for 2h,and on conidiospores of Beau-veria bassiana Vuillemin and Aspergillus with 1 g/m3 for 30 min.It is suggested to use 3g/m3 of Luyan I to disinfect silk-worm rearing rooms and tools before and after the rearing,SO as to achieve the goal of perishing major silkworm patho-gens.
