| 摘 要： | 对碘伏杀灭5种鱼类细菌病原和真菌病原水霉的杀灭效果进行了研究。室温下处理5min，有效碘浓度为0．5ing／L的碘伏对弧菌I组淡水亚组弧菌杀菌率达99％以上；有效碘浓度为1mg／L的碘伏对迟缓爱德华氏菌、苏伯利产气单胞菌、荧光假单胞菌的水霉的杀菌率达99％以上；有效碘浓度为5mg／L的碘伏对点状产气单胞菌点状亚种的杀菌率达99％以上。

| Abstract: | The bactericidal activities of iodophorswere examined on the pathogenic bacteria and fungiinfecting aquatic animals. Exposed at room tempera-ture for 5 minutes, 99 % of Vibrio group I, freshwatersubgroup was inactivated by 0. 5 mg/L iodine, 99%of Edwardsiella tarda, Aeromonas sobria, Pseu-domonas fluorescens and Saprolegnia were inactivatedby 1 mg/L iodine and 99% of Aeromonas punctatasub. punctata. was inactivated by 5 mg/L |
