大豆种子葡萄糖磷酸变位酶同工酶酶谱分析

摘    要:对萌发24小时的野生、半野生和栽培大豆共48份材料的葡萄糖磷酸变位酶(PGM)进行同工酶酶谱分析。实验结果表明,a.三种类型大豆的 PGM 同工酶谱带清楚,并且存在差异;b.野生、半野生大豆都呈现 B 型谱带,栽培大豆既呈现 A 型谱带,也呈现 B 型谱带;c.A 型谱带有5条带,B 型谱带有4或5条,但迁移率不完全一致。

Abstract:The Patterus of PGM in wild(Glycine soja),Semi-wild(G.gracilis)andCultivated(G.max)soybean seeds from 48 accessions were analysed aftergerminating for 24 hours.The results were as follows:1.Patterns of PGM inthree types of soybean were very clear and there were significant differencebetween them;2.Wild and semi-wild soybeans presented band B.Cultivatedsoybean presented both band A and band B;3.There were five patterns inband A;and four or five patterns in band B.But the moving rate was comple-tely different.
