麦谷蛋白Glu-2位点等位变异对品质特性的影响

摘    要:利用单向一步SDS-PAGE技术,对我国推广的54份优质品种D型低分子量亚基(GIu-2)位点变异进行了初步分析,同时对高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)组成同为1,14+15,2+12的部分优质和非优质品种(系)GIu-2位点进行了比较研究。结果表明,我国优质小麦品种在Giu-2位点的等位变异较大,在HWM-GS组成为1,7+8,5+10的品种中,发现5种Glu-2位点等位变异组合;HMW-GS组成为1,7+8,2+12的品种中,发现3种Glu-2位点等位变异组合;而在HMW-GS组成为1,14+15,2+12的小偃6号类型(陕优225,小偃54,PH822等)品种中,Glu-2位点无变异。进一步对HMW-GS组成为1,14+15,2+12的优质品种和非优质品种(系)进行比较发现,中筋和弱筋品种(系)的Glu-2位点表现为非小偃6号类型时,且变异较大。分析认为,小偃6号类型品种的优良品质可能是由Gtu-2位点亚基与1,14+15,2+12高分子量亚基组成共同决定的。

Abstract:To analyse the effect of glutenin subunit loci Glu-2 on wheat quality, 54 generated quality varieties were analysed with separation of glutenin subunits by one step SDS-PAGE,while comparing these bread-making varieties and common cultivars contained HMW-GS 1,14 + 15,2+12. The results revealed that no difference on glutenin subunit loci Glu-2 among quality varieties contenting HMW-GS 1,14 + 15, 2 + 12. Five subunits combination were shown with HMW 1,7 + 8,5 + 10,and three subunits combination were among cultivars with HMW-GS 1,7 + 8,2 + 12. Compared average cultivars (lines) with quality varieties ,contenting HMW-GS1,14 + 15,2 + 12,revealed that no the combination of Xiaoyan No. 6 on Glu-2 in average cultivars,i. e. this kind combination of Xiaoyan No. 6 on Glu-2 maybe relative to wheat quality.
