山东抗寒香樟组培快繁体系的建立

摘    要:以北方抗寒香樟为试材,建立无菌外植体,筛选出侧芽分化最佳培养基MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,继代最佳培养基为MS+BA5.0mg/L+IBA1.0mg/L,同时进行了叶片再生分化试验研究。

Abstract:Aseptic explant is established from Northern China chilling tolerant Cinnamomum camphora Presl, and investigated that the optimal medium for lateral bud differentiation is MS medium su - pplemented with 6 - BA 1. 0 mg/L and NAA0.1 mg/L, and optimal mulitiplication culture medium is MS medium su -pplemented with 6 - BA 5. 0 mg/L and IBA1. 0mg/L,and some experiments were done on redifferentiation.
