尾叶香茶菜化学成分测定分析

摘    要:采用分光光度法对尾叶香茶菜不同部位的黄酮和多糖进行测定分析,实验表明,尾叶香茶菜不同部位的总黄酮和多糖含量差异较大,该植物的黄酮类化台物主要存在于叶中,而多糖主要存在于根部;同时采用原子吸收分光光度法和原子荧光分光光度法测定尾叶香茶菜中无机元素含量,结果表明:尾叶香茶菜中存在多种无机元素,各元素的相对含量各有不同。

Determining chemical composition of Isodon excia

Abstract:To determine the flavonoids and polysaccharide from different parts of Isodon excia ( Maxin.) Hara by spectrophotometric method for the first time in our country to research this item in this kind plant.By modern instrument,the inorganic element in the Isodon excia was detected. The results showed that there are many kinds of inorganic element in Isodon excia.The relative quantity is different among them.It provides scientific basis for the future research in this field.
