贮前二苯胺处理对鸭梨果实的影响

摘    要:研究了在缓慢降温(12→0℃)条件下贮前二苯胺(DPA)处理措施对鸭梨果实的衰老性褐变及贮藏品质的综合影响.结果表明:贮前二苯胺处理在一定程度上可减轻鸭梨果实的后期褐变,同时二苯胺处理可保持较高的果实硬度和良好的绿色等,延缓果实的后期衰老;同时贮前二苯胺处理可减少果实的乙烯释放量、降低多酚氧化酶、保持酚类物质含量.

Abstract:The effect of diphenylamine-treatment on the core browning and storage qualities of 'Ya-Li'pears were studied.The results showed that diphenylamine-treated measure declined core browning.Diphenylamine-treatment remained higher firmness and green.In addition,diphenylamine treatment appears to have some beneficial physioloyical effects on delaying senescence of stored 'Ya-Li' pears.The storage measures have effects on ethylene production,activity of PPO,phenolics of 'Ya-Li' pears at storage.
