丙烯酸共聚物-有机膨润土复合高吸水性树脂的研究

摘    要:采用丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)为单体与有机膨润土复合,通过水溶液共聚法制备复合高吸水性树脂。考察丙烯酸中和度、单体配比、引发剂用量、交联剂用量、有机膨润土用量、反应温度对产品吸水倍率的影响。得到了最佳聚合反应条件:丙烯酸中和度75%,单体n(NaAA)∶n(AM)∶n(MA)=8∶2∶1,引发剂用量0.25%,交联剂用量0.03%,反应温度75℃。此条件下制备的高吸水性树脂对蒸馏水和0.9%盐水的吸收倍率分别为850和120 g/g。

Abstract:The acrylic acid(AA),acrylamide(AM) and methyl acrylate(MA) were used as monomers to compound with organic bentonite and then the compound high-hydrophilia resin was prepared by water solution copolymerization.The influences of neutralization degree of AA,monomer match,dosages of primer,cross-linking agent and organic bentonite,and reaction temperature on the multiplying factor of the product were investigated.The optimum polymerization condition was obtained as follows: the neutralization degree of AA was ...
