| Abstract: | Detection of harmful microorganisms in food was a important part in food hygiene examination.The paper summarized fast detection methods of harmful microorganisms in food,involving molecular biology technology,antigen antibody detection technology,carrier apparatus technique,metabolic imaging technique,biosensor,chromatographic technique and so on.Principle,application and judgment of various detection methods was introduced,it could provide references and guidance for the detection of harmful microorganisms in food. |
