食品安全学理化实验技能教学改革探索与实践

摘    要:在食品安全学课程建设中,食品安全理化检测技术对于食品专业课程的教学具有很重要的意义。为适应高等教育发展的要求,培养更多高素质的食品安全检测人才,该文通过分析目前食品安全实验教学中存在的问题,进行了食品安全理化实验技能教学的探索和实践。教改实践证明,改革效果良好。

Abstract:In order to meet the demands of high education development and cultivate more and more high quality talents of food safety,according to the analysis on the problem met in the experiment teaching,we have tried to reform the conventional teaching model of food safety physical and chemical experiment.Results showed that teaching reform effect was good.
