二倍体马铃薯群体青枯病抗性鉴定及遗传分析

摘    要:将含有青枯病抗性基因的马铃薯二倍体solanumphureja和s.vernei的原始材料E与另外两种材料C、D杂交获得F1和BC1两个群体。对其中140个基因型做温室苗期人工接种鉴定,结果表明,马铃薯青枯病的群体抗性分离变异范围较大,抗病性表现复杂,主要表现为阻止病菌入侵,推迟始发病时间,延长潜伏期,减缓发病速度和降低死亡率等5个方面。对抗病性相关参数分析表明,马铃薯青枯病抗性是受隐性多基因控制的。

Abstract:Evaluation of bacterial wilt symptoms using F1 and BC1 clones derived from crosses between the susceptible diploid clone C, D and resistant clone E, in which resistance genes wereinvolved, permitted the analysis of characterisation of resistance to Ralston solanaceaum inthe level of populations. In our material, resistance expressed in the ways of ① preventing invasion of bacterial; ②delaying the initiation of disease; ③prolonging the incubation period:④ decreasing the speed of wiltins and ⑤reducing the death rate. Analysis of the relative genetic parameters showed that resistance to bacterial wilt segregates in a complex way and iscontrolled by recessive polygenes.
