| 摘 要： | 应用蠕虫学完全剖检法、饱和盐水浮集法和尼龙网兜淘洗法、沉淀法,剖检黄牛86头,镜检黄牛粪便184头份,共鉴定出体内外寄生虫40种,其中吸虫8种、绦虫及绦虫蚴4种、线虫18种、蜘蛛昆虫7种、原虫3种,隶属于5纲、10目、22科、28属。为制定合理的寄生虫病综合防制措施提供了科学依据。 |

| Abstract: | In this experiment,86 cattle were dissected and 184 cattle's excrement were examined by microscopy.40 kinds of endosomatic and exosomatic parasite were determined by scolecology complete anatomy examnination medthod,saturated saline flotation method,nylon sieve elution method and precipitation method.Among the 40 parasites including 8 kinds of fluke worm,4 kinks of tapeworm and proscolex,18 kinds of roundworm,7 kinds of arachnid-insects,3 kinds of protozoa.They attached to 5 class,10 order,22 department,28 genera.This experiment offered scientific foundation for enacting reasonable parasitic disease synthetical prophylaxis measure. |
