烟草叶片中全氮含量及生物碱含量的遗传分析

摘    要:对烟草叶片中全氮含量和生物碱含量进行遗传分析的结果表明,全氮含量在F1表现为显性作用大的超显性效应,以含量减少的方向为显性,在F1,TI 1068带有较多的显性基因.生物碱的含量表现为加性作用大的部分显性,以含量减少的方向为显性,在F1,Burley 21和自兴烟带有较多的显性基因.

Abstract:The genetic analysis of total nitrogen and alkaloid content indicated that total nitrogen content in F1 had over-dominant effect, and the dominance decreased with the reduction of total nitrogen content. There were many dominant genes in TI 1068 which were one of the parents of F1. Alkaloid content displayed part dominance and the dominance was more obvious with the reduction of alkaloid. Burley 21 and Zixingyan, the parents of F1 had much dominant genes
