老杉木单亲子代测定及优良家系选择的研究

摘    要:198 4年从基因库中采集老杉木的自由授粉种子 ,开展老杉木单亲子代测定 ,结果表明 :老杉木的子代保持着母本良好的适应性和抗逆性 ;老杉木子代在生长性状等方面存在明显的差异 ;利用主成分分析、Q型系统聚类分析、Bayes准则判别分析 ,从参试的老杉木中选出屏南5、王台、古田、明溪和尤溪表现优异的 5个老杉木单亲家系 ,具有较明显的生长优势和良好的适应性和抗逆性 ,为后续育种提供亲本材料。

Abstract:The results reveal that the progeny of old Cunninghamia lanceolata keeps the maternal good adaptivity and adversity resistance;the differences of growth character,etc.of the progeny of old C.lanceolata are evident;and five old C.lanceolata one-parent families with excellent display of Pingnan 5,Wangtai,Gutian,Mingxi and Youxi,Selected from the tested old C.lanceolata by using the principal component analysis,Q type system cluster analysis and Bayes criterion discriminant analysis,possess relatively obvious growth superiority and good adaptivity and adversity resistance,which provide parent materials for follow-up breeding.
