摘 要: | 用石腊切片法研究了对夹叶解剖特征,用重量法测定了对夹叶生理指标;用正交试验法考察了施氮物候期、施氮量、采茶留叶种类、铺草厚度对正常芽叶生产量的影响。结果表明:对夹叶在它形成的早期有着比正常芽叶较为完善的光合结构和输导结构,净光合强度较大,呼吸强度较小,能更早转化成“代谢源”,因而是一类先行功能叶;对夹叶的形成与发生是茶树生理调节的一种外部特征;合理留养对夹叶符合茶树适应性自然选择,可以控制对夹叶恶性循环;在茶树驻芽期或休眠后期施氮有利于生长点叶原基分化,能显著减少对夹叶形成。

Mechanism of the Banjhi Formation on Tea Bush and its Control Measures |

Abstract: | Anatomical characteristics and physiological indexes of banjhi were investigatedby the author.The effect of the phenological phase in which the nitrogen fertilizerwas applied,dosage of nitrogen applied,plucking systems and the thickness of mulchingon the yield of normal shoots were studied.Results showed that the banjhi has arelatively rational photosynthetic and conducting structure compared with the normalshoots in the early stage of formation.Besides,it has a higher net photosyntheticactivity and a lower respiratory activity,it could be transformed into‘metabolicsource’early,so it acted as a kind of forerunning functional leaf.The authorregarded that the formation of banjhi is an external characteristic of physiologicaladjustment of tea bush.Plucking systems rationally maintaining banhji were accordedwith the natural adaptable selection of tea bush,so the vicious circle of banjhi canbe controlled.The application of nitrogen fertilizer in the banjhi stage or the laterstage of dormancy favoured the differentiation of prothallium in the growing point,thus the formation of banjhi could be reduced significantly. |
