我国农业技术进步作用及其未来发展方向分析

该文对改革开放以来我国农业技术进步作用类型及其效果进行了研究,得出劳动节约型技术进步快于资源节约型、而资源节约型又快于投入品节约型的结论;并提出建议:未来我国农业科技活动经费筹集应以政府资金为主,依靠覆盖全国的公益性农业科研机构及其试验网点的稳定持续创新,来逐步缓解农业生产中资源稀缺及要素限制问题,以加快技术替代资源、资本替代劳动的现代农业建设之路。

ANALYSIS ON THE EFFECT AND FUTURE DIRECTION OF AGRICULTURAL TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCES IN CHINA

The current paper studies the effect type and impact of technological advances in agriculture since the reform and opening in China.The study reveals that the labor-saving technology is more efficient than that of the resource-saving,while resource-saving is more efficient than that of the input-saving.Suggestion is put forward that government fund should be given a priority as we raise money for the functions of agricultural science and technology.We should also speed up the pace of building a modern agricultural industry with technology replacing resources and capital replacing labor and by relying upon the institutions of agricultural scientific research and the pilot network around China so as to ease the scarcity of resources and limitations on elements during the process of agricultural production.
