| 摘 要： | 国产25％灭幼脲Ⅲ号胶悬剂对菜粉蝶具有很强的毒性。用石蜡切片进行的组织病理学观察表明,受药幼虫内表皮和脂肪体出现明显病变。内、外表皮剥离,其间产生颗粒状凝结物;内表皮明显变薄,出现断裂和缺失;脂肪体碎裂,细胞解体以至消失。

| Abstract: | Twenty five percent colloidal suspension of the insect chitin synthesis inhibitor showed high toxicity against Pieris rapae L. in laboratory tests. Histopathological observations using paraffin section Method indicated that the endocuticlea of the poisoned larvae were thin, atripped and broken, and the fat-bodies became smashed, collapsed and even diesppeared. |
