超微粉碎技术对黄芪多糖、淫羊藿多糖溶出的影响

摘    要:用蒽酮-硫酸法测定了黄芪,淫羊藿普通粉和超微粉对其多糖溶出量的影响,结果表明,在相同的条件下,超微粉中黄芪多糖,淫羊藿多糖提取量较普通粗粉分别提高了117.13%和315.15%。

Abstract:Output of polysaccharide from both Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bunge.and Epimedium brevicornum Maxim.,which were extracted from the ordinary powder and the ultrafine one,was determined by the anthrone-sulfuric acid method.The results indicated that Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bunge.polysaccharide and Epimedium brevicornum Maxim.polysaccharide contents of the ultrafine powder is increased by 117.13% and 315.15% compared with that of the ordinary one under the same condition.
