广谱抗蠕虫药物奥芬达唑研究进展

奥芬达唑是一种新型的高效、广谱、低毒的苯并咪唑氨基甲酸酯类抗蠕虫药物 ,在国外已被广泛用于家畜、家禽驱虫 ,国内尚属新合成药。奥芬达唑在体内代谢物是相应的砜和亚砜 ,最终代谢物为氨基砜。奥芬达唑和奥芬达唑砜均具有驱虫活性。关于奥芬达唑的药物作用机理尚不清楚 ,有研究认为奥芬达唑能够抑制寄生蠕虫的延胡索酸还原酶 ,也有研究认为奥芬达唑通过与微管蛋白结合从而阻止微管形成。奥芬达唑对多种寄生蠕虫均具有高效杀灭作用 ,其作用效果与用药剂量成正比 ,在已有各种治疗中没有发现可见的中毒情况。目前国内很少进行相关的研究与应用。因此 ,文章对奥芬达唑研究进展进行了综述 ,可供研究和应用借鉴

The Progress of Study on Oxfendazole

Oxfendazole is a new kind of benzimidazole carbamate drugs and has the quality of high effect,broad acting,low toxicity against helminths.The drug has been applied in expelling helminth from livestock and poultry in western countries,but it is a new synthetic drug in China.The major metabolites of oxfendazole are oxfendazole sulfoxide and sulfone, and the final metabolite is 2-amino sulfone.Oxfendazole,oxfendazole sulfoxide and sulfone all have antihelmintic activity. It is not clear about the mechanism of action of oxfendazole on helminths, and there are two kinds of theory, one is that the mechanism of action of oxfendazole is probably inhabiting the complex of fumaric reductase,another is that it can combine the tubulin of helminths and interfere with the formation of tubulin to lead death.Oxfendazole has high activities on many kinds of helminths, the effect is due to the dose, and the toxicity of the drug has not been observed in usual application. There are many fairly good prospects of oxfendazole for therapeution of parasitic infection.There is only a little reseach work in China now,and it is necessary to do deep reseach on oxfendazole and make it use broadly.
