| 摘 要： | 应用纯化的新城疫病毒(NDV)La Sota野毒株免疫Balb/c小鼠,最后一次免疫后3 d取小鼠脾细胞与SP2/0骨髓瘤细胞融合,经间接ELISA筛选到3株分泌抗NDV单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株,对各株单克隆抗体免疫球蛋白亚类及ELISA效价进行测定.结合单克隆抗体反应结果,鉴定出抗NDV NP蛋白的单克隆抗体,利用该单克隆抗体s3e1做免疫组化试验,用rLa Sota(重组La Sota第2代毒株)免疫2日龄雏鸡,接种后第5天检测到肝脏的部分肝细胞呈阳性反应.

| Abstract: | The Balb/c mice were immunized with the purified Newcastle disease visus(NDV) La Sota strain,and the spleen cells of the mice were hybridized with SP2/0 three days after the last immunization.The indirect ELISA was developed by using the purified NDV as antigen and used to screen monoclonal antibodies(MAbs).As a result,3 MAbs with specificity to the NDV were obtained.Ig subtypes and ELISA titers were assayed.Combined with the result of Western blot of MAbs,3 MAbs specificity to the NP protein.The 2 day-old ... |
