| Abstract: | In this paper, the current situation of ice-temperature technology in and abroad were analysed. The key technologies of ice temperature preservation were summarized, including two factors:technology of precooling inducement and technology of constant temperature.The paper also introduce the fundamental of ice-temperature technology and exceed ice-temperature technology. |
