三十烷醇对茶树叶片结构的影响

摘    要:本文对三十烷醇处理后的2种茶树叶片进行了比较解剖的研究。结果表明:三十烷醇可使茶树叶片和栅栏组织增厚,栅栏组织与海绵组织比值提高,栅栏细胞数增加,叶片主脉厚度、维管束体积、维管束鞘细胞壁的厚度及石细胞数量降低,茶树的生产力指数提高。结果还表明,三十烷醇处理后14天比处理后5天对茶树叶片的结构影响显著,对秋茶的影响比春茶显著。

Effects of Triacontanol on the Structure of Leaves in Tea Plant
Abstract:This paper reports the comparative anatomy of 2 species of tea leavesthat have been treated with triacontanol(0.5ppm)spraying and their controls.Triacontanol can lead to increase the leaf thickness and palisade tissue aswell as the ratio of palisade tissue thickness to spongy tissue thickness;andto reduce the thickness main vein of leaf the size of vascular bundle in mainvein,the thickness of vascular bundle sheath cell wall,and the number ofsclereids,etc.The productibility indexes of tea plants which have been treatedwith triacontanol are also higher than those of the control.In addition,theeffect of triacontanol on the structure of tea leaves is more obvious on thefourteenth day than on the fifth day after treatment,and is more prominentin the autumn leaves than in the spring leaves.
