| 摘 要： | 做好水电开发的损失补偿工作,是正确理解损失范畴的基本前提。基于此,结合目前的工作实际,从水库淹没损失补偿、生态补偿和移民补偿3个方面对水电开发损失经济补偿工作范畴进行归纳,并且对目前水电补偿过程中出现的问题进行分析。
