牛黄牛胆汁理化检验与细菌分离鉴定

摘    要:牛黄即牛的胆结石 ,是名贵中药材之一 ,有牛黄的牛平时较难见到。本文通过对 1例牛黄牛和 3例非牛黄牛胆汁的理化检验和细菌分离鉴定 ,分析了牛胆汁的物理化学改变和细菌感染与牛黄形成的关系 ,初步表明胆汁中糖蛋白、间接胆红素、胆固醇和钙离子含量的增加 ,磷脂含量的降低 ,以及胆汁的大肠杆菌和乳酸杆菌感染等 ,对促进牛黄生成有重要作用。

Abstract:Calculus bovis,namely chole calculus of cattle, is a precious Trad. Ch. Medicine. It's seldom in cattle. In this article, the item include bile physical chemical test and its bacteria isolation and appraisal of a Calculus Bovis cattle and three Calculus Bovis free cattles. The relationship between bile physical chemical change and its bacteria infection with the formation of calculus bovis was analysed.The result obtained from this experiment shows that: accompanying the increase of glucoprofein, uncholebilirubin, cholesterin and calcium, the decreased content of phosphatide, as well as infected bile whith colibacillus and lactobacillia acid, may play a important action on the formation of calculus bovis.
