乙草胺对苎麻农田土壤微生物数量的影响

摘    要:通过田间喷施3种浓度的乙草胺试验,观察其对苎麻农田生态系统中细菌、真菌、放线菌数量的影响。结果表明,乙草胺在施入土壤之后对细菌、真菌、放线菌数量呈现抑制-逐渐恢复的趋势;施药7 d后,细菌、真菌、放线菌数量均大幅下降,并且随着浓度的增大下降越明显,之后这3类微生物数量逐渐恢复。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to determine the effect of acetochlor application on soil microorganisms in the e- cosystem of ramie field. Three acetochlor solutions with different concentration were respectively sprayed in different areas of ramie field to observe its effect on the amount of bacteria, fungi, and actinomycetes. The results showed that the amount of bacteria, fungi, and actinomycetes were inhibited after applying acetochlor, then gradually recovered. The amount of bacteria, fungi, and actinomycetes significantly decreased at the 7th day and the trend was more notable with the increase of acetochlor concentration, then these three microorganisms were gradually restored.
