摘    要:为筛选耐盐绿化树种,对碧桃在盐胁迫条件下,其3项生理指标(脯氨酸、膜透性、叶绿素含量)的响应进行了初步研究。研究结果表明,随着盐溶液浓度和处理时间的增加,碧桃叶片受害症状逐渐加重,脯氨酸含量和细胞膜透性增加,叶绿素含量降低,各项指标测定结果表明菊花桃耐盐性强于京五子。

Abstract:In order to select salt tolerance breeding materials, peach blossom were experimental materials and stressed under NaCl. Responses on 3 physiological indexes of Prunus persica under the situation of salt stress was studied. The results showed that salt injury index of leaf was increased, proline contents rose, permeability of cell membrane was strengthened, and total chlorophyll contents are decreased.
