白肋烟贮藏过程中化学成分变化的研究

通过实验室试验和烟叶仓库试验对白肋烟贮藏过程中化学成分含量的变化进行了研究。结果表明，在贮藏过程中白肋烟内在化学成分和感官品质均发生了不同程度变化。白肋烟在贮藏过程中总氮含量较稳定，略有下降；烟碱、总挥发碱和高级脂肪酸含量均有大幅度的下降；总糖含量表现为前期下降、后期上升的趋势,而氨基酸总含量和挥发

Changes of Chemical Components in Burley Tobacco during Storage

Many studies have been reported on the chemical changes of flue-cured tobacco during storage. However, changes in chemical characteristics of burley tobacco during storage have seldom been reported. In attempts to improve the quality of burley tobacco during storage, changes of chemical components in burley tobacco during storage were studied through laboratory experiment and storage experiment. The results showed that the content of chemical components and smoking quality of burley tobacco were changed during storage. Nicotine,total volatile base and higher fatty acids in burley tobacco decreased dramatically throughout the storage duration (Table 2, Table 4)while total nitrogen content decreased slightly(Table 1). The total sugar decreased at the initial stages of storage and increased steadily thereafter ((Table 1).) On the contrary, total amino acids and volatile carbonyle compounds increased initially and decreased thereafter (Table 3, Fig.1). Accordingly, the smoking quality was significantly increased during the stages until the end of the storage, when a gradual decrease of smoking quality was observed with the excessive process of storage (Fig.2). Results indicated that the optimum storage time for burley tobacco is about 16-20 months.
