摘    要:为解决在冷冻浓缩过程中可溶性固体被冰晶夹带损失的问题,从冷冻浓缩的原理出发,利用冰晶是一种凝固组织的性质,探讨了国内外金属微观结构研究领域非常热门的相场模型,阐述了其从微观上模拟冷冻浓缩过程冰晶生长的可行性及其理论意义。

Abstract:In order to resolve the problem of soluble solid loss caused by the entrainment of ice crystals in the process of frozen concentration,according to the principle of frozen concentration and the nature of solidification structure of ice crystals,the author explored the feasibility to microcosmically simulate the growth of ice crystals in the process of frozen concentration by using the microscopic phase-field model,and discussed the theoretical significance of this simulation.
