茶树不同品种矿质元素含量研究

摘    要:本文对云南大叶种、龙井43号、早白尖-6号等8个茶树品种的17种矿质元素进行了分析测定。结果表明,P、K、Ba、Mn、Cu等9种元素品种间差异显著,而其它元素差异不显著。红茶品种的Cu和K含量一般较高,因此,在选育茶树品种时,要注重矿质元素含量指标。

Abstract:Determination and analysis of seventeen kinds of mineral elements in eight tea varieties were carried out.The results showed that the difference was significant in nine kinds of mineral elements such as P,K,Ba,Mn and Cu and etc.,and no obvious difference was observed in other elements.In addition,the contents of Cu and K in red tea were always higher,so it was necessary to pay attention to the content index of mineral elements in the tea breeding.
