万寿菊细菌性叶斑病药剂防治试验

摘    要:通过室内抑菌筛选和田间小区及生产试验,从当前防治细菌性病害的药剂中,筛选出对万寿菊细菌性叶斑病防治效果较好的3种药剂及最佳使用浓度:90%新植霉素150mg/L,细菌清200 mg/L和72%农用链霉素150 mg/L,其防效分别为73.6%,72.7%和70.7%,且药效稳定,增产效果显著.

Abstract:After marigold bacterial leaf spot(MBLS) was reported for the first time in China,on the base of the identification of the pathogen,chemical control of the disease were studied in this paper.Through the inhibiting effect test in combination with field trials,three bactericides with corresponding optimal concentration were screened from those used mainly for the control of plant bacterial diseases at present,including 90% agricultural Oxytetracycline-Hydrochloride 150 mg/L,Xijunqing 200 mg/L and 72%agricultural Streptomycin Sulfate 200 mg/L,which control efficiency to the disease in field was 73.6%,72.7%and 70.7% respectively.The results showed that the three bactericides at recommended concentration exhibited steady control efficiency and significantly increased marigold yield.
