竹林主要虫害防治机制的探索与实践

竹林害虫的危害已成为当今竹业发展的瓶颈之一。本研究利用地方高校的科技优势、技术推广部门的枢纽和桥梁功能,突出受益者的主体地位,发挥企业、林农的投资主体作用,将校地合作扩展到高校、技术推广部门、企业、竹农四方合作,摸索出了一条小户经营竹林虫害防治的有效途径。

Explorations and Practices for Control Mechanism of Main Insect Pests in Bamboo Forests

One of the bottlenecks in the current bamboo industry development is how to control the threats imposed by insect pests. This study relied on the technological advantage represented by the colleges and the pivotal and bridge role of technique extension agencies, highlighted the main beneficiaries and gave play to the main role of enterprises and forest farmers as investors so as to extend the cooperation between colleges and the locals to the cooperation among colleges, technique extension agencies, enterprises and bamboo farmers. In the way, an effective way had been developed for the insect pest control in bamboo forest managed by individual farmer households, i.e., enterprises invest, bamboo farmers act as the main body in the control, colleges provide techniques and the govemment provides the guiding service, by means of which markets, researches and application could be integrated.
