| 摘 要： | 引种驯化试验是不断充实和加强植物资源基因库,丰富植物品种多样性的一种重要举措。文章正是在阅读大量相关文献的基础上,阐述引种驯化的定义、理论和方法,并对引种驯化的影响因素和引种试验技术进行详细介绍,从而更好的了解引种驯化的全过程,对引种试验的成功开展具有指导作用。

| Abstract: | Introduction and acclimatization is an important action,which continuously can substantiate and strengthen the plant-resource gene pool and enrich the biodiversity.Based on a large amount of relevant literature the concept,theory and method of introduction and acclimatization were introduced.At the same time,a detailed instruction about the influence factor and the test technique was made to understand the whole course of introduction and acclimatization better and to have good guidance to make introduction and acclimatization succeed. |
