| 摘 要： | 从当前林业面临的困境入手,客观分析制约林业发展的矛盾和问题,提出森林经营必须站在科学发展的高度,牢牢把握四个原则、突出抓好五大项目、完善强化六大举措,走现代林业发展之路;只有实施科学经营,森林资源数量才能得到增长,质量与效益才能得到提升。

| Abstract: | Starting with the difficulties faced by the current forestry,the contradictions and problems restricting the development of forestry were objectively analyzed,forest management must stand on the height of scientific development,firmly grasp the four principles,give prominence to the five major projects,perfect to strengthen the six initiatives and stick to path of modern forestry development;only the implementation of scientific management,the number of forest resources can be increased,quality and efficiency can be enhanced. |
