紫花含笑扦插繁殖技术研究

摘    要:进行了紫花含笑不同时间,不同基质,生长调节剂不同浓度的扦插技术研究。结果表明:不同扦插时间的成活率差异显著,10月上旬扦插成活率最高;圃地红壤与以黄心土为主体的复合基质对扦插成活率的影响差异不明显;采用植物生长调节剂GGR6处理插穗能明显提高扦插成活率。该研究为紫花含笑优良种质资源的规模繁殖提供科学依据。

Abstract:The cutting technique of Michelia crasspies was studied which under the different time,matrix and the different concentrations of the plant growth regulators.The results showed that the cutting time has a significant effect on the survival rate.Cutting survival rate was the highest at the first-ten day of October.There was no significant difference between nursery red soil and composite matrix of yellow soil.Plant growth regulator GGR6 handling cuttings can significantly improve the cutting survival rate.This study provided a scientific basis for the scale propagation of the excellent germplasm resources of M.crassipes.
